Frederick Community College’s Office of Adult Services has planned an evening of fun and information to honor nontraditional students on Wednesday, November 12. All students age 25 and older or students with a dependent are invited to the men’s home basketball game in the FCC Field House.

A service fair in the Field House lobby starts at 6:30 p.m. and will be available during the game through halftime to provide information about the Office of Adult Services, financial aid, FCC’s Child Care Center, grants for child care, CLEP exams, career services, and other opportunities available at FCC. Special activities are planned for children, all at no cost.

Admission to the basketball game is free for the entire family. Vouchers for a free hot dog for all nontraditional students and their guests will be available at the Office of Adult Services’ table. Support for the event is provided by the Frederick Community College Foundation, Inc.

Nontraditional students comprise 38.5 percent of the FCC student body.
